The ABA software market, in one honest table
Fourteen platforms, their pricing models, and 22 capabilities scored from public sources — vendor pages, help centers, and attributed review platforms. Where a vendor does not publish something, the cell says so instead of guessing. Coralia's own column comes from an audit of our codebase, which is why it also shows what we don't have yet.
Most platforms ask who writes your documentation faster. Coralia asks a different question: who guarantees the documentation you already write survives a payer audit — and what does every extra staff login cost you?
What each platform costs
Every price carries a confidence label: Published means it is on the vendor's own site, Reported means it comes from reviews or third parties, and Quote-only means the vendor does not publish pricing at all.

Context that makes these numbers comparable: an active ABA client typically generates $2,000–6,000 of agency revenue per month, and agencies staff several technicians per analyst — which is why per-seat pricing tends to grow faster than per-client pricing as a team grows.

- AI session-note generation: Ensora's AI Session Assistant is live on sibling products; not confirmed on the ABA suite.
- EVV (visit verification): State-by-state aggregator integrations documented for TellUs (FL/GA) and California.
Office Puzzle
- Native apps & offline mode: Native iOS/Android apps exist; offline capture is unconfirmed and the iOS app's last update was November 2023.
Lumary ABA

- Clinical data collection: Deep collection lives in the companion Ensora Data Collection (Catalyst) app.
- EVV (visit verification): The vendor's knowledge base states no state aggregators currently integrate with NPAWorks/NPAGo.
Where Coralia is honestly still building
A comparison table only earns trust if our own column can lose cells. These are the capabilities where competitors are ahead of us today:
Native mobile apps & offline collection
Coralia is an installable web app today. Technicians without a connection cannot collect data offline yet — several competitors can.
Curriculum libraries
There is no pre-built VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R goal bank; analysts author every target. Rethink and Motivity ship large libraries.
Telehealth video
Coralia schedules and bills telehealth sessions (place of service 02) but does not host the video call.
Payroll processing
Time tracking and payroll-period hour exports exist; wage calculation and payroll runs happen in your payroll system.
EVV state aggregators
Visit capture is geolocated and gates billing, but transmission to state aggregators (Sandata, HHAeXchange) is not built yet.
Open API
Integrations today are curated (Claim.MD, Google, WhatsApp); a public API is not yet available.
What the table can't show
Checkboxes flatten what matters most. Coralia is the only platform in this table whose software audits every submitted session note for clinical and payer-compliance problems and coaches its author — most of the market answers the easier question of writing the note for you. If audit-readiness, denials, and paybacks are where your agency loses money, that difference is the whole decision.
