The product
What is Coralia?
Coralia is an AI-first, all-in-one practice management platform for ABA therapy agencies. It combines scheduling, clinical data collection, assessments and treatment plans, authorization tracking, insurance billing, and a caregiver portal in one HIPAA-focused system — with autonomous AI that audits clinical documentation and assists your team across the whole operation.
How does Coralia's AI audit session notes?
Sentinel, Coralia's autonomous clinical auditor, reviews each day's session notes for every client against an ABA-specific catalog of documentation rules — prohibited clinical language, missing narrative elements, payer requirements. It drafts corrected narratives, verifies every correction with a second AI reviewer, and routes the result to your team for approval. Nothing changes a clinical record without a person signing off.
Can Coralia track authorization units and burn rate?
Yes. Coralia keeps a live ledger of authorized, reserved, and consumed units per authorization, projects exhaustion dates from the actual schedule, and raises alerts before units run out or an authorization expires.
Does Coralia handle insurance billing end to end?
Yes. Approved sessions become claims, claims are submitted electronically through the Claim.MD clearinghouse, ERA (835) remittances post back automatically, denials are classified with suggested actions, and recoupments are tracked — one pipeline from session to payment.
Does Coralia support electronic visit verification (EVV)?
Yes. Coralia captures GPS-verified check-in and check-out with geofence matching against the client's service location and tamper-resistant timestamps, so visits are verifiable where states require EVV for ABA services.
What do parents and caregivers see?
A secure caregiver portal shows families their child's attendance and lets them sign consents electronically. The portal is structurally isolated from staff surfaces — a caregiver account can only ever reach its own child's information.
Security and your data
Is Coralia HIPAA-compliant?
Coralia is built for HIPAA compliance: protected health information is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM with key rotation, every PHI access and mutation is recorded in an append-only audit log, access runs through a granular role-based permission catalog with multi-factor authentication, and each agency's data is strictly isolated at the data-access layer on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under business associate agreements.
What happens to our data if we leave Coralia?
Your records belong to your agency, not to Coralia. There is no lock-in fee. Self-service exports ship today: client and staff rosters, audit logs, payroll summaries, consent ledgers, and credential matrices download as CSV, and clinical documents — session notes, assessments, progress reports, and per-client records packets — print in audit-ready form. If your agency decides to leave, Coralia provides a complete export of your data at no additional cost.
Getting started
What does Coralia cost?
Coralia is priced per active client with unlimited users: $39 per client per month all-in, or $59 with Sentinel autonomous note auditing. No per-seat fees, no setup fee, no annual escalator — the full breakdown is published on the pricing page.
Can I try Coralia before talking to anyone?
Yes. The live demo at coralia.app/demo opens a full synthetic agency — real screens, realistic (entirely fictional) data, no sign-up form and no sales call required.
Can we switch to Coralia from another ABA platform?
Yes. Coralia was built to take over from an existing platform: its automated import mirrors clients, staff and credentials, sessions, assessments, payers, and authorizations, so your team starts with their real caseload instead of an empty database — no manual re-entry. Migration from ABA Matrix and CentralReach is free.
